Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our manufacturing unit based out in India.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch is 1-3 working days. We will ship your orders with Fedex or DHL with express delivery options. Usually it takes 7-10 working days to get your shipment delivered across globe. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 1-3 working days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country in the world.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free for majority of the countries. For few countries, shipping cost is charged varying from ($8-$14) will be displayed at checkout.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. Our office is located in Bangalore, India

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
